ACCOUNTING CLERK

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:
- Process invoices, match purchase orders, and manage payments to vendors. Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
- Accounting Clerk assists in maintaining the general ledger by recording transactions and reconciling accounts
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Accounting Clerk maintains organized and up-to-date financial records.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous. Recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.
- The Accounting Clerk should have experience with ERP systems.
- Associates/Bachelors degree required for the Accounting Clerk role.
